1. You are allowed to use Mallowloid for audio content, subject to the terms below. Mallowloid can be used to sing songs or even make speech using the plugin for UTAU, HANASU.

2. By using Mallowloid, you automatically agree to the terms below. Violation of these terms automatically revokes the right of the violating user to use Mallowloid and have his work recognized.

3. No explicit content shall be produced with Mallowloid's voicebank. Explicit is defined as having gory, offensive, or sexual content, anything that would be rated above PG-13.

4. Ownership of Mallowloid, his voicebank and character is reserved to JV and the voice provider, Sean. No one can claim ownership except them.

5. Redistribution of the voicebank is not allowed. Please link them to the website (and not the direct download link) to spread Mallow to other people.

6. Commercial use of the voicebank should be negotiated with JV. Don't worry, I don't ask for fees! But I need to know what you are selling with Mallowloid on it.

7. The voicebank shall be credited when used. Even just mentioning Mallowloid on the title is fine, but let people know who the voice is.

8. The usage of Mallowloid's voicebank or character in content that promotes hate against any group, race, sexuality, religion, denomination, individual, etc. is strictly forbidden. Mallowloid is meant to spread smiles and this goes against the spirit of the project.

9. The character cannot be used to advertise anything unless permission is granted by JV. If you want to use him in advertising, please contact me!

10. The character can be redrawn - fanart and the like are allowed. Sean and I actually encourage the creation of fanart, which is why we made such an easy-to-draw design.

11. Roleplaying of this character is not allowed. Only Mallowloid's official Tumblr RP blog and Twitter account can roleplay as Mallowloid. Mallowloid is Mallowloid, and you are not Mallowloid.

12. Mallowloid CAN be used in fanfiction, subject to the terms above. For example, while Mallowloid can be used for a cute story about UTAU Street, using Mallowloid for a hentai bondage fanfic will not only lead to violation of the terms, but will also lead to reactions of digust.

13. I do not claim absolute right over Mallowloid's design due to its simplicity, however Mallowloid's illustration can only be attributed to JV.
