About JVウタウ

JVウタウ is an aspiring producer who lives in the Philippines. He's one of those UTAU users who puts Katakana on their name despite not knowing Japanese. Wow, what a weeb.

JVウタウ wishes to create songs that are complex in composition and have some sort of rational pondering in them. However, he may sometimes choose to make simpler songs that cater to the sentiment too. He admits that he's relatively new and not one of the best, but he keeps on trying! He also loves writing in the third person, as seen here. He's currently a 9th grade student in the culturally diverse city of Zamboanga in southwest Philippines.

JVウタウ uses GarageBand to sequence his songs, and his number one go to virtual instrument collection is the free Native Instruments KOMPLETE Players. JVウタウ also mixes on Ardour, Tracktion, and the fandom staple Audacity.

JVウタウ used to have a favorite UTAU, a favorite Vocaloid, and a favorite song, but he realized that different things are liked in different moods. Currently, his favorite UTAU is Noelle, his favorite Vocaloid is Maika, and his favorite Vocaloid song is Strobe Last.

JVウタウ's upcoming projects include the bilingual UTAU Mallowloid, a LEXYS UTAU sampled from a 12-year-old boy based on his character, as well as a multipitch multiappend pair of more natural-sounding voicebanks, one of which will be voiced by JVウタウ himself.

Since JVウタウ is a pain in the posterior to type on Western keyboards, you can simply refer to him as JV. JV used to go by the name "JVutau" but this was scrapped as people often mistake him for SVutau, so he changed the "utau" in his username to Katakana. J and V are his real-life initials.
